How often do you search for candidates?

We are a growing company and the expansion of our time is dependent on client or internal requirements.

Usually we advertise openings in advance.

What are the ideal qualifications and experience needed to join ESC?

Most of our projects involve the provision of IT-enabled Business Process Management (BPM / BPO) services to our European customers.

In order to ideally handle such projects the candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree other than engineering or medical tracks
  • Experience in working with SAP-based BPO
  • Knowledge of the energy industry (Electricity/Gas/Water)
  • Good and hands-on computer knowledge (Windows, MS-Office, Outlook, Internet etc.)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in German language is preferable
  • Dynamic and Flexible attitude in working for European clients and rotational shift timings
  • Good Patience, Team player and ability to complete tasks in time and delivery high quality
  • Ability to learn quickly and support peers and the company in its growth process.

How is the selection process?

Being a German company, we do follow a strict screening process right from your CV until final selection. Our promoters and customers believe in the quality, skills and attitude of our team and hence we go through a shortlisting process until we find the right candidates.

Once we shortlist a candidate, we will invite him/her for multilevel face-to-face interviews and other relevant tests.

Is there any possibility to do an internship or traineeship at ESC?

Yes. From time to time we invite qualified trainees or students to support our team in client projects or with internal needs on a temporary basis.

What can I expect during my first days of work at ESC?

Typically we start with an induction day by a mentor who will help you integrate as quickly as possible. In this session you will familiarize yourself with our organization, our group companies, our team members, business and projects, work culture, common and individual goals, etc.

Our history shows that in a few days you will be ready to take over the tasks independently and enjoy the work culture with us.

For some projects you may need to prepare to work for afternoon shifts.

What the areas and type of tasks you handle at ESC?

As a group, we specialize in providing IT enabled services in the energy, water and gas industries. Within these industries, ESC India takes over remote services from our customers as well as our group and partner companies.

 

How long can I work on a project?

It depends on the type of projects and customers. Typically most of our projects run on long term basis. A few projects run only a few months. Considering this, we try to train and engage our team members in all projects on a rotation basis.

In a few projects, you may need to work according to client-based time zones.

What is the deadline to fill a position?

Depending on the project requirements or replacement vacancies, we set the timeframe to find an applicant who best meets the requirements.
