Position	Associate - Digitalization and Process Automation (Ref: ESC/PA/02/24)
Job description	Remotely support Digitalization and Business Process Management activities for Utility(Electricity, Water, Gas, e-mobility) companies in Germany/Europe Analysing Digital Transactions, documents and processing various types of Data using Software Tools Supporting Process Automation using Robotic Automation Tools (RPA) such as Powerautomate, UiPath etc.
Qualification and experience	1-2 years of working in BPO/BPM or in technical positions, preferably in IT/ITES companies having remote process supports Graduate in any discipline except Post graduates in MTech, MCA, MBA etc. Hands on computer knowledge (Ms-Office tools and new generation programming/Software tools like Uipath, Power BI etc.) Excellent command of spoken and written English Proficiency in German language is desirable Good Patience in searching and capturing data from various Digital documents Must be a good Team player and ability to complete tasks on time and quality Ability to learn quickly on own initiative in the relevant industry specific processes Dynamic and Flexible attitude in working for European clients Ability to learn quickly and supporting peers and company for its organic growth
